Michelle has 16 years of consulting experience in talent and leadership development, talent management, strategic HR and organization transformation. She specializes in SHL’s talent intelligence assessment and development solutions for organizations to drive their selection, succession planning and development for emerging, mid-level to C-suite leaders. Michelle engages clients with her rich and diverse experience, having designed, led, and facilitated more than 200 organizational interventions integrating assessments, training, facilitation and coaching to C-suite, mid-level leaders and talents in Fortune 500 companies and industries such as Industrials, Banking & Insurance, Technology, FMCG, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Mining, Aviation, Property, Services, Government and Education. Over the years, she had impacted on more than 3000 participants from different countries and cultures such as China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, Middle East, and Africa. In her earlier career in training and consulting, Michelle had designed and delivered customized programs in communications and service excellence for leaders, managers, and executives from different functions such as Sales and Commercial, Technology/Engineering, Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics, Customer Service and Procurement. Therefore, she is experienced and familiar with challenges and needs of different functional leaders and their teams. Michelle holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from University of London and is an Accredited Executive Coach, with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from Academy of Executive Coaching, Switzerland. She is also a certified International Systemic Team Coach, certified Leadership Development Facilitator and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment. Michelle connects organizational strategy, talent science and human behaviour in an insightful and engaging way to facilitate positive transformation in leaders and the organizations they lead. She comes with more than 25 years of corporate and management experience, working in global organizations and various industries.
