I oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash receipts. I do payroll and all Human Resource functions. I do month end and produce the monthly financials.

I was responsible for invoicing numerous customers, assisting in reconciling accounts payable invoices, reviewing expense coding and cash receipts entry. I processed monthly salary payroll and assisted in the processing of the weekly payroll. I was responsible for reconciling bank statements monthly, preparing the weekly payroll taxes and preparing subcontractor agreements.
