Supervise staff of medical technicians and resident care assistants, Responsible for all activity concerning the health and welfare of 42 residents and ensuring that all state health regulations are observed and followed. Actively manage all doctor/patient relationships, and those of visiting nurses, physical and occupational therapists and pharmacies.

Managed a staff of certified nursing assistants to ensure optimal level of service and a friendly and safe environment for 20 residents. Administered medications and performed various treatments as prescribed by resident physicians while observing all state regulations. Maintained all documentation regarding the care and progress of residents.

Fulfilled various responsibilities depending upon the needs of the client. This was an agency-based position that required management and practical nursing responsibilities at several different nursing home locations throughout Western Pennsylvania.
