- Department administrative process.- Invoices and agreements process for department.- Support Director of Sales Operations in departmental management of HR, office admin and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials.- Procurement & maintenance on safety stock level for department- Coordinate and arrange all necessary equipment, logistics and schedule on meetings and events or internal trainings for department- Contract review and advise before sending to clients.- Support Sales Administration Manager in developing and implementling standard operating procedures and training to improve operational efficiencies- Assign & schedule sales assistants and coordinators daily duties to ensure all daily arrangement/preparation for department are delivered on time to appropriate person

- Gate keeper & maintenace in Delphi to ensure correct information & data in system.- Provide revenue and statistic reports by using Market Vision, Crystal report & SSRS for department and internal audit.- Ensure Delphi booking information are correct before issuing contracts out.- Revenue adjustment for contracts.
