(And others)As the Operations Executive, Michelle has a focus on ensuring compliance with prescribed standards, quality, corporate governance, managing operations teams, and providing and maintaining constant optimal office performance.In her role as ISOMS Administrator and Representative she is responsible for the following:.ISO9001:2015 Quality , ISO/IEC27001:2013 Information Security , ISO/IEC27017: 2015 and ISO/IEC27018: 2019 Cloud sevices / PII  Management, supervision and accountability for daily operations; Ensure the achievement of all operational and financial KPI’s; As part of Exco, engage in the development of company operational planning to grow the business; Effectively manage the delivery of operational functions i.t.o. cost, quality and time in order to ensure that Clients’ contractual goals are achieved;  Engage Client satisfaction activities such as surveys etc; Effectively manage the operational systems and company staff concerned; Manage all ISOMS (ISO9001 and ISO27001) related activities (including audits etc), programmes and processes to ensure that ISOMS remains up to date and effective; Optimize operational system flows and the effective distribution/availability of Quality Management Systems (ISOMS/QMS) information to company staff; Implement industry best practice policies and processes in the company; Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports and provide ongoing reporting to the other members of the Exco; Provide direct management of key functional staff; Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the business’ offerings to Clients; Evaluate and provide recommendations to the Exco regarding the investment in equipment, infrastructure, systems and talent; Participate in key hiring and talent development programs; Participate in broader organizational strategic planning.
