Responsible for management of property accountability and asset visibility tasks performed at respective site. Act as Primary Contractor POC through which site PBO/Responsible Officer (RO) coordinates government requirements. Responsible for assisting PM with translating goals into work assignments. Responsible for resource requirements determination and integration of available internal and external assets (workforce composition, structure and equipment necessary to accomplish specified tasks) for Property Teams at respective sites. Responsible for individual training/certification programs at respective site. Responsible for assisting quality control and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) at respective site. Disseminate Program Managers’ directions/requirements in coordinating program’s priorities, providing guidance and direction to Property Team at respective site. Assist PM in review of manpower requirements and establish workload priorities for team. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Responsible for contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. Schedule and monitor operations at respective site as it relates to property accountability and asset visibility tasks. Implement and maintain corporate initiatives. Responsible for inventory preparations, conduct, documentation and reporting. Responsible for the compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines. Operate and maintain tactical and non-tactical equipment. Complete other duties as they are assigned to meet company and departmental goals and objectives.

Aghanistan

Supervises Account Managers who manage multi-million dollars accounts for 3-401st AFSBn (Armed Forces Sustainment Battalion) across northern Afghanistan. Site Lead POC for RPAT Operations for one of the enduring FOBs in northern Afghanistan as well as manages 3-401st Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) account that support all units across Afghanistan. Oversee employees who assist Wholesale Responsible Officer (WRO) with pushing the Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) to Wholesale to be retrograded to Kuwait and the United States that's no longer needed to support Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
