• Analysis inventory needs based on sales forecast and factory capacity and lead inventory count• Monitor and analyze transfer pricing markup on monthly and annual basis• Record monthly expense accruals and review accounting daily transaction entries • Lead month-end closing, BS reconciliation, and Bank reconciliation• Lead annual audit in U.S office• Manage office routing operation (sales tax, vendor selection, logistic, importation etc.) in office in the U.S

• Maintain fix asset list and record depreciation and quarterly depreciation forecast• Work with product managers for all new customers as a finance/accounting support• Review customer credit limit(approval level: <=$300K)• Lead accounting team and review accounting daily transaction entries• Maintain cash flow forecast

• Supervise accounting team to perform monthly closing• Review and approve daily accounting transactions• Analyze financial reports(BS, IS, Expense Report)• Maintain and analysis monthly transfer pricing report• Lead inventory count, and review/control inventory level• Generate annual company budget, and analyze/control the monthly budget• Maintain Flexible Spending Account, 401(k) account• Prepare the data for corporate tax• File the company sales tax and property tax• Handle office routing operation issues(company events, vendor selection, logistic, etc.) in 3 offices in the U.S
