- Closely work with plant management to deliver shop floor people strategy, familiar with variety of HR procedures. Covering functions: Manufacturing, Quality, Project, Engineering, Logistics, Field Service and etc.- Conduct CV screening and select right candidates. Builds up and maintain database of talents through effective channels.- Interview procedure management and optimization.- Offer negotiation.- Employee management，including probation evaluation, transferring, exit interview and etc.- HR projects- Support training project and BU activities.

- Work closely with all hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions.- Maintain recruitment channels and evaluate the recruitment effectiveness.- Conduct CV screening and builds up database of talents through effective channels including online portal, networking, referral, campus recruiting, and social media.- Interview and select right candidates.- Manage employee on-boarding procedure and probation evaluation. - Take part in new hire orientation training.- Lead exit interview and leaving reason investigation. - HR Project, such as 360 evaluation, Succession Plan and etc.- Provide weekly, monthly or quarterly report related recruiting.- Other tasks assigned by HRD.
