As the Founder of Online Coaching Platform, a leading resource for women who want to transform their lives and bodies, I have over 13 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. I am an ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Contest Prep Coach, a Natural Gourmet Institute Trained Chef, and a 4 x Pro Fitness Diva Champion. My mission is to empower women of all ages, especially those over 40, to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized, evidence-based, and holistic coaching. I have helped thousands of women, including my 70+ year old mother, Joan MacDonald, to improve their physical and mental well-being, confidence, and quality of life. I also co-founded Tulum Strength Club, a successful contest prep coaching team, and The Wonder Women, a coaching team that specializes in female transformations. In addition, I host bi-annual 24-week transformation programs, wellness retreats in Tulum, Mexico, and write cookbooks based on my nutritional approach to aging optimally.
