I focus on user experience designs starting with wire-frames to prototypes as well as usability sessions to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers before implementation begins. Then continue in an iterative process all the way to post implementation and UAT testing. Working within a small agile team, I enjoy using my various skills to assist where needed whether it is designing, testing, developing or even roles as a scrum master, or product owner. I work closely with stakeholders, team members, and project managers to ensure that the product we deliver is in alignment with the product vision and provides value.

I work within a team as a cross functional member with roles of product owner, scrum master and the development team. As a development team member, I work where needed in UX/UI design, testing, assist with gathering requirements, and any other work I am capable of, to assist the team in delivering our sprint goals and ultimately new product releases/and or maintenance updates. As a product owner, I work to keep our product backlog managed via Microsoft VSTS up to date and work closely with our stakeholders and the business analysts to prioritize and define user stories. In the scrum master role, I work with the development team to remove any impediments to completing the sprint goals, schedule meetings and help them to identify any process improvements.

Work closely with development team on projects, and maintenance efforts to ensure issues/bugs are documented accurately, prioritized into the backlog with stakeholder input and updated in a timely manner. Research business rules to assist in requirement gathering or regression testing. Learn and create Coded UI tests using Microsoft Visual Studio for setting up test automation suites and share/teach information with other testers in the agency.

Resolved help desk tickets and documented troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Performed diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues through both field work and remote access to user workstations. Worked closely with supervisor to understand agency policy and help desk procedures.
