Changes in identity, status, employment, country, financial worth and questions about life, the future and relationships can be destabilising but they can also lead to profound change and growth. It is a time that challenges us as humans to consider the present, the past and the future. Working through our present moment responses can lead to resilience and strength in facing a less certain future. I take an integrated approach to counselling using a variety of techniques and philosophies including, mind/body techniques, trauma informed therapy, person centered therapy, narrative and solution focused techniques.
