As the President and Chief Visionary Officer, I founded our company in January of 2000 and have been instrumental in it's successful growth over the past 19 years. It is important for me to build relationships that are rooted in trust.I live by the golden rule "Do unto others, as you would like others to do unto you". This is a core value that my parents taught me at a very young age and I live it in every aspect of my life; family, friends, work and acquaintances. I strive to inspire those around me to live by this same rule. I believe you get what you give and in doing so you teach others to do the same.I see the big picture within the company, which is why I choose to use the title "Chief Visionary Officer". I envision how things should work and I empower others to create and implement as needed. I like to provide guidance and be a sounding board, but allow everyone the opportunity to contribute and be successful in their own way. I believe we are better together than on our own.I have seen our company expand from a servicing team that did everything to 4 separate areas that collaborate to provide exceptional service to all of our partners.I empower my team and give them the opportunity to showcase their talents and improve our outcomes. I am results driven, but I find value in taking the time and proper direction to get to the result that is best for our company and partners. I always have an open door and I am a support for my team whenever needed.I have been told that I am a "great leader" and I strive to lead by example. I have a degree in accounting and I hold my Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation within the Retirement Industry. I authored my first book titled The Heart of Retirement. I sit on several industry boards and I speak locally, regionally and nationally.
