Develop and Execute Marketing's National On-Boarding Program for New Loan Officers:● Rebuild and streamline existing disjointed processes to create one uniform, standardized onboarding program for all new Loan Officers.● Revamp communication strategy within and across departments.● Recreate milestone recording process and reporting strategy (Excel and Asana).● Conduct field research, yearly budgeting (up to $20,000/yr), inventory management, invoicing, milestone recording, cost reporting and process improvements.Daily Execution of the Marketing On-Boarding Program:● Conduct phone interviews, coordinate tasks (within and across departments), create and sync Loan Officer profiles on several online systems, assemble and ship startup packages, complete compliance audits of LO’s web presence, report all milestones and meet budget expectations.● All activities conducted within 24 to 48 hour deadlines with the exception of 30/60 day rebranding projects.● "Win" new Loan Officers in order to ease their transition to their new company and extend great service. Technology:● Competent/Advanced User: Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Web CMS systems, CRM systems● Create databases for project milestone tracking and project purchases● Review and upload databases to our CRM, maintain proper syncs between four online platforms (CRM, website, customer review page, and Encompass).● Sort the Marketing Department's company in-box and answer or assign all questions (Personally send 100-200 emails and receive roughly 150 emails daily).Other Responsibilities:● Assist event management (300-500 attendees in out-of-state and out-of-country locations), Marketing Compliance Audits, Design, and Web Support for marketing systems (Enterprise level)
