Includes: - development of training and rotation programme after retention issues identified in graduate population; - allocation/training/rotation of the GTPs, interns, and Mountbatten Interns; - creation/implementation of employee engagement models (Mentor Match/Book the Boss/breakfast sessions and senior management engagement events); - Community Affairs coordination for the region. - Member of Group Ops People Committee (principally working on the Graduate stream) - Panel judge for final presentations in the Associate Programme; - Implemented successful diversity hire programmes (School Leavers and Ex-Military hires)• Business Manager for approx. 120 individuals across Risk & Control and EMEA regional projects.
