- Team Lead of 5 coordinators who supported all of the North America, Apac and LATAM Recruiters and Sourcers, and provided candidate support for all regions.- Managed 2 direct reports- Lead for all TA Analytics including headcount reports, time to fill/time to hire metrics and performance reports- Maintained and/or created all offer letter templates worldwide- Managed Survey Monkey account which included creating and configuring surveys for several locations around the world including translations, distribution of surveys, running of metrics, analyzing numbers and presenting to TA leads- Managed our account with VirtualEdge which included working with the account manager to enhance the system as needed, activate and troubleshoot all accounts- Manage AWR system, troubleshoot all accounts and coordinate with the IT department- Lead for implementation of a new background check vendor, First Advantage, for the NA and Apac regions- TA lead for implementing a new Asia hub in Hong Kong including reviewing and documenting all TA processes as well as training of the new team- Acted as Lead for Japan build out which included hiring of 200 employees- Avature ATS Implementation- Acted as lead for onboarding, offer letter generation, and integration with our background check vendor.
