Assigned area of responsibility: Interfaces and Integration.**Primary Responsibility: Maintenance and Development using NATURAL / ADABAS of all data exchanges between MAXIS and the Federal Government, Other State Agencies and Other Systems within DHS.- Collaborate with all Developer Teams, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance and DHS Business Stakeholders - Elicit requirements, Design and Develop system functionality, including new, enhancements and fixes.- Analysis of complex processes and requirements, Design solutions, Create and Present As-Is and To-Be Documentation to key stakeholders- Utilize the following data exchange technologies to facilitate secure file transfers: Web Services, Cyberfusion, Connect Direct and sFTP- Identify and develop opportunities for process improvement - Mentor other developers as needed- Create and Maintain technical documentation.** Secondary Responsibilities:- Lead the Technical Standards Team: Develop and Enforce system standards, Set meeting agendas and Lead meetings, Make recommendations for future enhancements, Disseminate communications regarding new or updated standards and Train staff- Provide Crisis Support for system production operations: Troubleshoot and Diagnose Issues, Identify solutions, Remediate and Implement permanent fixes. - Assist BA staff with defining Business Process Models and defining Functional Specifications, Assist QA staff with identifying test scenarios and creating test data- Present Upcoming Software Installs for my team to the Release Management group
