The Strategic Human Resources Manager, in partnership with the Executive Managers develops and implements key change-management strategies and services to improve staff and business performance. The Strategic Human Resources Manager works with Executive Managers and staff, to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including, workforce planning, managing for performance, industrial relations, organisational restructuring, employee relations, organisational development and staff development. The Strategic Human Resources Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and support to staff at all levels of the businessThe role has responsibility for working with all to develop a positive organisational culture, aligned to our values and which fosters accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. The role will be a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes; and the specific HR strategies required to build capability and assist to ensure the organisation is an employer of choice. In consultation with the CEO, COO and Executive Management team, develop and implement generalist HR strategies, change management strategies and projects. Consult and advise line managers in all HR functions and practice and employee-related issues
