Acted as UVair Operations subject matter expert to UVair Inside Sales, UWA Global Sales, Trip Support Services, Credit Representatives, and Universal Aviation.Provide exceptional service in quality, timeliness, and responsiveness to customers and Fuel Representative inquires, requests and/or problems (e.g. fuel price estimate requests, pricing disputes, tax inquiries, fuel supply availability) to exemplify our brand name and increase customer relationships.Assist the Fuel Representatives with data entry and reporting on client volumes/savings and special rate margins.Proactively identify additional sales opportunities whilst assisting customers, to build and strengthen working relationships, understand their business, goals, and procedures for purchasing fuel.

Retain customer base while maintaining business relationships and maximizing profit to ensure set goals are met. Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, invoices, and credit terms. Provide fuel expertise and ensure the value of the organization is portrayed.Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.Analyze assigned territory's market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.Research and convey information to customers about tax benefits or exemptions that are customized to their missions.Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.Present management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive intelligence, and potential for new products and services.Work as a team with colleagues, share knowledge, and assist colleagues when they need assistance. Have frequent interactions with other Universal departments (e.g. Global Sales, Operations, Finance) in order to increase account knowledge and provide exceptional service and value to the customer.Negotiate pricing with customers, securing direct pricing with an FBO on ad-hoc fuelings, and work with supply on availability or prices/taxes all in order to secure fuel uplifts with UVair and increase gallons and gross profit.
