∙ Support each Service Delivery Manager in resolving customer escalations and communicating with teams internally to come to a resolution ∙ Assist with the execution of daily/monthly operational functions, including roll out of Watchlist to internal stakeholders∙ Report weekly on the Escalation Tracker that combines all high priority tickets throughout the US∙ Coordinate with Support Analysts from other regions to assure consistency in reporting∙ Update the process documentation, templates, online tools and training materials to reflect changes and simplifications to the overall opportunity management process∙ Support the Service Delivery management process with the rollout and adoption of global procedures such as, Watchlist, Mission Control Center, etc.∙ Working in combination with Regional Service Delivery Leaders, Customer Engagement, and Operations to assist and support in the resolution of conflicts for opportunities to streamline process. ∙ Consolidate content and deliver training to new hires under the guidance of the CCO∙ Arrange tools (ie. JAM, apps, etc.) required to grow a connection intelligence community for the members of the operations team

- Professionally communicate verbally and in writing with the SAP customer reference ecosystem (including customers, sales executives, global and local field operations, solution/industry principals, marketing, etc.). -Effectively support project management tasks for key reference and Independent Executive Advisory Council (IEAC). Projects may include scheduling and oversight of reference conference calls/events/meetings, maintenance of internal employee portal content, administration of the customer rewards program, IEAC activity tracking, etc.-Leverage SAP tools and processes to perform job functions-Provide timely and accurate support to North America Reference Managers as needed- including research, reporting, data entry, data maintenance, etc.

I manage a customer account by providing pre-sales and post sales support when they are ordering anything from a range of hardware to software products and IT services. This has led to my growing knowledge in the tech industry. I collaborated with my inside team to leverage SHI's large vendor channel network, marketing, and product resources in order to ensure the best competitive pricing for the customer. I am a liaison between the customer and other SHI internal departments.

I handled planning, coordinating, and staffing all Rush Holt For Senate events alongside the Finance Team. I researched potential donors upon the Congressman's request. I also did outreach to local supporters to make further donations to the Congressman's campaign. When the volunteers came in, I would sometimes direct them what to do and make sure it was done in a timely manner.

I have a wide array of responsibilities ranging from data research and analysis to prospective client calls providing valuable information about our product. My other tasks include data entry and analysis for work-flow management, documentation prep, and expediting of product samples.
