Key Food Service Accounts for New Zealand and Australian Food Service, Restaurant and Dairy Markets- Managing $12million worth of key domestic and international customer accounts in the Food Service Industry, liaising directly with distributors and customers. Very strong customer relations- Planning and managing customer forecasting and production schedules, providing relevant product volumes and one-on-one customer interaction- Co-ordinating and managing customer product orders to ensure on time and in-full delivery from Tatua site to end user customer - Email marketing to a range of customer accounts to ensure up to date Tatua product information is readily available and relevant to specific target customer niche requirements- Managing new customer demand for specialised dairy cream Food Service products and coordinating new product development on site to satisfy customer market requests- Domestic and International direct customer visits, engaging in their manufacturing operations, cultural and Food Service market positioning to ensure Tatua Food Service products are aligned with this positioning- Analysing sales forecasts and sales data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities in the Food Service Industry versus the market and our competitors- Ensuring new product campaigns are optimised for natural search in the Food Service industry

- Responsible for QA final product grading.- Working with MPI on final product test parameters for Dairy product results- Collaborating site wide with key departments around quality control and product quality assurance - Understanding of complexity value-added specialty Dairy Ingredient products
