As owner and director of a successful preschool business, I Provide professional development, coaching, and support to teaching staff resulting in low staff turnover, ensure student needs are exceeded through a positive and creative learning environment resulting in a long waitlist for admission, and do curriculum development, parent outreach, and business practices

Reading specialist and interventionist for grades K-5

I teach teachers about classroom management and student engagement as well as provide consulting services to schools and programs.

I direct a before and after school program for kindergarten students. This program provides an extra half day of school, allowing students to attend full days. We focus on enrichment as well as remediation, homework support, social and emotional growth, and family participation at school. We recently added a before and after school program for students in the first through the fifth grade. Activities will have a STEAM focus.

Classroom teacher grades K and 3rd

Responsible for 21st CCLC grant program.

The Payette Primary School Little Pirates Preschool serves 35 students, age 4. We focus on school readiness as well as enrichment and social and emotional growth.

As a classroom teacher, I spent 5 years in 3rd grade and 5 years in kindergarten before taking on the 21st CCLC Directors position.
