Sales and Marketing Manager, Dakota HotelsI worked at Dakota hotels, as the Sales and Marketing Manager. In my position I was responsible for overall Sales and Marketing and corporate communication of the Hotel and the Dakota Brand. My role consisted of the creation and implementation of the annual sales, Marketing and PR business plan, achieving monthly and annual KPI’S successfully. I was accountable for raising awareness of the Dakota brand identity and market positioning; highlighting the brand personality. I maintained and developed the visual identity and communication of the corporate brand identity and ensure delivery of a consistent and coherent message.
