Recruitment:• Participating in recruitment events • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications• Scheduling interviews and assisting in interview process • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed• Preparing new employee files• Orienting new employee files• Checks pre- employment requirements and documents related to employment• Prepares ID’s both for newly hired applicants and contractors.• Introduces newly hired employees to all Head Office Personnel.• Collates and ensures the completion of all pre-employment requirements and relevant documents of applicants and newly hired• Assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR Office• Directly report to HR Manager.Record Maintenance:• Maintain current HR Files and Database confidentiality of files and records• Updating and Maintaining employee benefits, Employee Status and similar records• Updating and monitoring of masterlist all employee.• Doing PARS (Performance Appraisal Rating Sheet) • Doing NPA (For regular/salary adjustment)• Maintaining records related grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions• Performing petty cash related and reconciliation• Completing termination paperworks and assisting with exist interview.Benefits:• Conducts benefits orientations and other benefit training as needed• Assist employees with any benefits claim issues or concerns• Process Employee ClearanceTraining and Development:• Schedules participants into training sessions• Tracks Participants and training records• Enters training records into a database and maintain it. • Assists during company trainings (Attendance Sheet Preparation, Materials Preparation and Certificate Preparation etc.)• Extends Assistance in other areas of HR department when required.Administration and Purchasing:• Handle P.O• Provides assistance on logistics and resources during Company Events.

Explaining the benefit policies for employees• Ensure that timekeeping facility is operational all the time• Enrollment/ Registration / update of Employees SSS,HDMF,PHIC,PHIC• Distribute pay slip to all employees• Processing of loans and claims (SSS,HDMF,PHIC)• Extends Assistance in other areas of HR department when required.• Payroll process and analysis • Perform daily payroll department operations.• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed report • Collect and summarize timekeeping information
