- Focus on all aspects of employment discrimination- Interview clients; analyze information and documents to determine claim viability- Evaluate information to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations to determine the best possible outcome- Draft and edit pleadings, memorandums of law, mediation statements, settlement agreements, and all documents necessary to resolve a case- Review and edit legal agreements and contracts including, but not limited to, severance, settlement, NDA's, confidentiality, and contractor- Drafting and reviewing employee handbooks- Excellent research skills- Extensive writing and editing experience including technical documents, website content, and blogs- Stay current on issues and new precedents involving employees in the workplace and drafting blogs to advise clients of such - Research and prepare outlines and power point presentations for attorney led talks at various conferences- Research, write, and edit content for the firm's website including both substantive and informative content and blogs- Extensive client contact
