I am a great part of the facility’s success of having a 5-star Quality Measure, which encompasses low percentage 0.2 % of UTI compared to California average of 1.8%, low percentage of catheters being used inappropriately of 0.9% compared to California average of 2.0% and a high percentage of 98.6% wherein Influenza vaccination are given to patients compared to 97.3% and Pneumonia vaccination of 99.2% compared to 97.4% in California average.I love to share and apply my expertise and knowledge about health care, as well as my tech skills that I may help develop and enhance Electronic Health Records and combine infection rates and surveillance systems. With the changes of Health Care System in United States, there would be more opportunities and, as well as, improvements that have to be made. My objectives include gathering information on health care delivery system in the U.S. and how this will affect Americans.
