I am the founder and CEO of Powerhouse Fitness and Health, LLC. I am a Certified Life and Health Coach and Certified Black Belt in Muay Thai Kickboxing. I have been helping people for over 20 years to take action to achieve a healthier lifestyle.I believe that your habits, your body, your nutrition, and your mindset all work together to move you forward, and that messes in one area mess up the others. I also believes that taking small action steps in these areas can bring about lasting change and put you on the path to a healthier you. I have successfully helped coach and train people to lose body fat and gain muscle, establish better life habits, gain better insight and knowledge about their nutrition, and stop self-sabotage, and I have watched as people start to readjust and grow again. This is what sets me on fire and fuels me every day. I want to help more people learn about what works for them and help them grow and reach their goals in their own way. I have worked for companies in the Corporate World. From startups to consulting and fixing problems, to making them run efficiently and more productive. I have started 2 companies on my own, one of them being my fitness business. For more than 20 years, I have been introducing people to kickboxing as a way to rediscover themselves, get rid of excess body fat, build and tone sleek new muscles and get an amazing overhaul on their attitudes. Helping others be successful has always been my top passion, along with fitness, it's the complete package.I am teaching all clients virtually one on one or through my package programs that they can buy and do on their own with weekly check ins.
