Current1. Work with internal/external resources to secure needed materials and services.2. Develop and ensure short- and long-term milestones are tracked and reached, and all functionalsupport requirements are integrated and met.3. Act as the overall project or event functional services integrator.4. Conduct research and recommend vendors, based on analysis and rationale of at least threesources, to support programs.5. Evaluate current planning procedures, recommend improvements, and implement modifications.6. Manage staff of Events Program Planners and academic intern program;create assignment schedule for event program planners and updates as required;conduct performance evaluations of Event Program Planners and academic interns;create training materials for new event program planning employees and implement standardizedtraining programs specific to IWC operating system; and manage and standardize execution ofseminar components which are universal to IWC seminars.7. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for domestic and international events andconduct in-progress reviews (IPR) and after-action reviews with event planners.8. Assist Event Program Planners with travel requirements; acquiring airline tickets, filing pre and posttravel vouchers, compile security information and manage cable transmissions, when necessary.
