Responsible for owning the development and delivery of new products and enhancements to existing products, the overall health of products and creating product timeframes and strategic plans at the direction of the EVP of Product. This role is expected to propose and present ideas and methods to create structure, alignment, and improvement in our processes and and lead working teams to execute on those initiatives. The Product Operations Director is also responsible for growing, managing, and reporting on Product Operations Activities. The goal being to elevate the operational model with best practices and metrics that will support the maintenance and growth of the product suite. He/she is also expected to build accountability for insights, innovation, and process within the Product team. This will inherently support the vision and strategy of the product’s future state.

Responsible for maintaining and growing existing and new client relationships as it pertains to our software platform. Conduct client facing meetings and develop presentation materials for both C-level and operational teams. Project management, consulting and requirements gathering while implementing new clients and enhancing existing product software. PM responsibilities included but not limited to: manage project risks, mange roadblockswith contingencies, produce related documentation, work directly with developers/engineering teams and system training.
