I assist in the daily operation of Elegant Floors. My duties include greeting the customer upon entering our showroom, helping with the flooring selections for our customer's needs, typing up the sales agreement and expediting the order, receive products, confirm an installation date as well as making sure the appropriate products are available at the job site if needed, typing up project letters for specific projects as well as acquiring submittals for that project.
