Leads, develops, and manages a comprehensive plan to position philanthropy as a strategic revenue source to advance organization's mission, vision, and priorities.Provides leadership to Saint Mary's Foundation Board of Trustees to ensure engagement that fosters philanthropic support from community and stewardship of all financial assets. Led statewide fundraising efforts exceeding revenue goals in memorial/tribute giving, special events, third party events and grants for ten Hospice of Michigan programs. Managed $4.2 million capital campaign including the recruitment of campaign volunteers.
