Paxton Hoad was started in 1982 by Michael Hoad and James Paxton and was a well known, established business with a strong client base in and around Subiaco. I was incredibly proud to be a part of this business, and excited to see what changes I could implement which would strengthen it further.I worked hard with the Property Management department including overhauling all of the systems & procedures and was able to recruit multiple new team members who prided themselves in carrying out work to an excellent standard.I was also able to freshen up the branding and implemented new marketing strategies to ensure our market share continued to grow in a unique market.In March 2017 I moved this long standing company across to Cottesloe, and started the process of merging this business with Abode Real Estate. Moving forward as one strong team under a single brand name was the best option for us for the future. We retired the Paxton Hoad brand however the experience and heritage of this legendary property company was retained in the DNA of Abode Real Estate. -
