Interior painting, prep work, drywall, cabinet and woodworking refinishing, caulking, identification and completion of punch list to satisfaction of customer.

Transplant/plant trees, bushes, flowers. Assist with design and layout of gardens. Repair walkways and outside stairs, move rocks, bark mulch.

Areas of responsibility include all Plumbing & Mechanical projects within Maine and Vermont. Inspected bid documents to identify and compile the pertinent information required to generate a bid. Generate a full project take-off and estimate based on what is shown on the bid documents or required to complete the installation even if now shown. Create and distribute bid packages that include plans, schedules and specifications to vendors so they are aware of what they are to be providing pricing on. Follow up with the vendors within the bid period to ensure they will provide pricing within the time frame required. When the vendor bids are received I review them to confirm that all required material pricing is included and all vendor bids are then compiled into a customer bid.

Inspected bid documents to identify and compile the pertinent information required to generate a bid. Prioritize bid package generation for (4) commercial estimators. Generation of product submittal packages for use by clients to obtain approval.
