• Responsible for directing the analysis, development and execution of proposals, contracts, and programs for Walgreens Retail Trade Strategy service offerings for retail and specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer programs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other business, finance, and legal units to develop business plans that are within the scope of pharmaceutical industry regulations, minimize risk, and maximize profitability for Walgreens. • Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, statements of work, clinical trial agreements, data agreements, and various other pharmaceutical manufacturer marketing, adherence, and vendor contracts.• Acts as the subject matter expert on business development and contracting issues as those issues relate to legal, regulatory, compliance and privacy considerations.• Ensure contract terms are met through operational and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare Fraud and Abuse, Sunshine Act, FDA, state pharmacy law, and other state/local regulations).

Experienced electronic document review contract attorney with extensive knowledge of large scale litigation review and discovery preparation for AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Perform electronic review of high-volume documents for relevancy, privilege, confidentiality as well as subject matter issues.
