As the Online Sales and Services Manager I report to the General Manager. I handle the day to day operations of all e-Business matters. Building and maintaining personal relationships with all of my employees, clients, and customers is a main part to my position. Another main function is to implement new sales strategies to grow our local auctions online sales and to make the administrative functions more efficient. I also meet with potential clients to teach them about our online buying and selling as well as continuing to build relationships with our existing clients to do the same.

As the General Manager, I reported to the sole owner of the auction. I handled all aspects of the auction from titles, A/P, A/R, HR, management of all employees, meeting with potential clients, building relationships with current clients and all areas of customer service. I created and implemented the online department as well as streamlined all processes within the auction to build inventory and profits.
