Work closely with New Product Development Engineers to create new products for Fort Wayne Metal Customers.Practiced hands on skills such as:• Measuring prototypes using devices such as hand micrometer, bench micrometer, calipers, and toolmakers microscope.• Creating prototypes using machines like a pneumatic press, servo press, and swager. • Tested prototypes using tensile testing on Inston Tensile Testing Machine.• Product management skills such as leading meetings, designing Design of Experiments (DoE), and presenting found data.• Data analysis using Minitab and Excel.• Using and implementing Excel to improve everyday processes.• Communicate found data with team to collaborate in improving processes and products for the well being of our customers.
