As a Project Coordinator I communicate with owners and subcontractors to ensure that each project is completed on time and at the price budgeted. I am responsible for planning, tracking and documentation of several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout. In addition, I handle all business operations on behalf of the company or the client I represent. I am also responsible for LEED coordination, coordination with union officials, submittals, billings assistance, scheduling assistance, city liaison, and community liaison.

I produced detailed progress reports for customers. Assisted the Human Resource Manager with various tasks. Managed all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Ran monthly charge account statements. Prepared and pulled credit information needed for new accounts to be submitted for approval. Set up store charge accounts. Prepared and inputted all overhead invoices for the Controller. Reconciled all vendor statements. Prepared month-end reports for the Controller. Maintained and reconciled Daily Cash Reports. Managed all customer and vendor files. Responsible for data entry and answering the phones. In charge of ROA’s and making daily bank deposits.
