As a CTE STEM teacher at Montgomery ISD, I have been involved in various roles and initiatives that have enhanced the quality and impact of education in my district. I have served as a team lead, communications council member, cheer coach, cross country coach, and a mentor teacher, demonstrating my leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. I have also designed and implemented interactive and engaging curriculum that aligns with the state and national standards, as well as the industry needs and expectations, showcasing my creativity, innovation, and expertise in STEM fields.I am currently pursuing a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Tyler, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in e-learning development, teacher mentoring, and staff development. I have a passion for facilitating learning, fostering innovation, and nurturing talent, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices that can enhance my teaching and curriculum design. My goal is to continue to contribute and advance in the education and industry sectors, while inspiring and empowering the next generation of STEM learners and leaders.
