To fill in for various school districts, following lesson plans and instructions from the teacher,taking attendance, noting who is cold/hot lunch, ensuring that students follow instructions,know the rules, follow daily routine, discipline as needed, communication between teacherand other staff members.

Performing, all ADL’s, are according to care plan. Assisting long term and rehabilitation patients,while encouraging independence and monitoring safety. Reporting to nursing staff anyabnormalities, change in condition and vitals immediately. Bathing in a dignified manner, andassistance with meals as needed. Assisting with hospice needs, and outside agency’s asrequested. Charting on POC, accurately.

Performing and assisting with all ADL’s, safely monitoring and encouraging patients to completetasks to encourage independence. Complete tasks/assist such as laundry, grocery shopping,cooking, light housekeeping, changing sheets, and free from clutter. Assist with small animalsthat live in the home. Taking vitals, blood sugars, medication reminders, insulin/assistance, andreporting to proper nursing staff for vitals that indicate a compromised situation. Assist hospicestaff and guidance in the home. Filling out manual charting.

Assist residents with every day , ADL's,by following care plan for bathing with dignity, dressing, eating/assisting, report changes to head nurse, take vitals, provide companionship, communicate with family, and friends, provide comfort for end of life.
