• Key Responsibilities
• Member of Senior Management team, I was responsible for all hospitality and special events within the O2 tent and arena. Covering 9 individual events spaces alongside 96 private hospitality suites. Working alongside.
• Managing a team of up to 3 suite administrators to sell catering packages within the 96 privately owned hospitality suites. Developing menus and packages to ensure that sales targets were exceeded for each event.
• Event manage all non-concert events from backstage hospitality fan packages through to dinners and conferences for 2000. Covering every aspect from initial bespoke quotes, contracts and negotiations to final billing..
• Liaising with Operations team to brief and give over sight to each event ensuring that budgets are managed.
• Liaising with suppliers to provide the necessary equipment for each event.
