Covering 9 individual events spaces alongside 96 private hospitality suites. Working alongside other department heads to strategically plan the business and innovate our offer• Managing a team of up to 3 suite administrators to sell catering packages within the 96 privately owned hospitality suites. Developing menus and packages to ensure that sales targets were exceeded for each event. • Event manage all non-concert events from backstage hospitality fan packages through to dinners and conferences for 2000. Covering every aspect from initial bespoke quotes, contracts and negotiations to final billing. Main point of contact for clients at all times.• Liaising with Operations team to brief and give over sight to each event ensuring that budgets are managed.• Liaising with suppliers to provide the necessary equipment for each event.• Create and develop new business opportunities by working with the venue sales teams to design and develop event spaces “under the tent”.• Hosting and attending networking events to develop relationships with event agencies and venue finders.• Responsible for all bespoke proposals to win business within the venues not in the arena including full budget, menus, staffing levels, equipment hire and costings. • Responsible for budgeting, designing and implementing all aspects of marketing and branding including retail areas, website and marketing material. Managing and promoting marketing activities such as O2 moments or special offers.• Working with the finance department to set and monitor sales targets and manage debtors.• Working with the culinary team to design menus for each event ensuring clients requirements were met and they were fully costed.
