*Led team to develop and implement a Lean methodology to support strategic planning and investment governance. Led the centralization of Office of the CIO Strategy and Business Operations to realize efficiencies and implement governance and standards across the space. *Led Mobile Working transformation across company as part of the CIO WorkPlace Resources team. *Achieved 36% improvement in employee satisfaction within 9 months. Worked across the Commercial Real Estate industry to participate in several bi-coastal roundtables with industry experts. Developed capacity management function and identified over $20M in operating leverage and realized $2M in year one. *Developed and led the OCIO wide PMO delivering a portfolio of projects in excess of $100M while managing a group of over 75 project management professionals. This included leading Mergers & Acquisitions of eBay and all of its adjacencies. *Conceived, created and executed the OCIO WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) - considered best in class at company. Mentored 15 employees across the organization - 65% realized promotions within a one year cycle.

*Led the support of the Consumer Small Business PMO. Responsible for a portfolio of over $900M in initiative technology spend. In addition, responsible for practitioner development and training, governance, initiative planning and enterprise time tracking support of over 11k users. *Responsible for Change Management process adherence for over 800 projects exceeding $900M in technology spend, across the Consumer division. Conceived and implemented a Quality Assurance process to regularly control and monitor project management activities.*Led the end to end Change Management delivery of a $100M portfolio for the Consumer and Deposits space. *Developed Operational Readiness process to ensure implementation readiness prior to significant releases - process was later established as best practice across the Change Management discipline at the bank.

*Led BofA Enterprise Program for the FDIC Modernization ruling. Acted on behalf of the bank and interacted with the FDIC regulators to test, craft and revise the ANPR to reduce technology cost. Recommended and approved changes to the ruling resulted in over $25M annual recurring savings. *Led BofA change efforts to implement a nationwide new student checking and savings product line. Led BofA team to deliver a Group Banking CRM application and all the associated people, process and technology for a successful implementation to deliver this capability in a 4 month timeline. *Led efficiency assessment for MacAndrews & Forbes to develop transformational financial operations plan for people, process and technology. *Acted as Senior Change leader to convert the check processing platform and all associated sub-systems for the state of California for BofA the largest check processing site in the US. Matrix managed over 50 team members and a budget of $4.2M.*Led efforts on several Merger and Acquisition Critical Initiative efforts primarily focused on recovery and stability pre and post implementation of integration. Some of these efforts included: Chicago lockbox stability, Due To Due From Stability, and Correspondent Banking. *Managed the NationsBank / Bank of America GL and Due to / Due From conversions for Transaction Services leveraging over 150 team members across the enterprise managing over a $4M budget.*Led the analysis and reengineering efforts for BofA Intra-Company Account Settlement standardization with a team of over 30 team members. Coordinated five regional cross functional workgroups with representation from all lines of business. *Provided Senior Project Management services to deliver Home Equity Line of Credit training to 600 new associates for a new subsidiary company. Managed development and delivery including trainers and training development experts.
