With almost 14 years of experience running a successful business as a makeup artist and face painter, I have always embraced new challenges and opportunities for growth. In the academic year 2021/2022, I took on the challenge of completing a BA Hons Leadership and Management top-up degree at Loughborough College, graduating with a 1st class honours degree despite numerous challenges and setbacks.Driven by a passion for education and fostering entrepreneurship, I began my teacher training in September 2022. This journey led to a rewarding role as a lecturer in the HE Business and Management department at Loughborough College. My dedication and commitment were soon recognised, and I have been appointed as a course manager for several HND courses.My diverse background and hands-on experience in business management and education have equipped me with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set. I am particularly passionate about inspiring and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them to develop the skills and mindset needed to succeed in today's dynamic business environment.Always eager to learn and grow, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can make a meaningful impact. I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring new opportunities for collaboration and professional development.Through my business Kidz Artistry, I bring the fun and sparkle to any event, providing face painting and glitter tattoos to all occasions. I just love seeing the joy on children's faces when they see their creation.
