A multi-site focus supporting site leaders across four distribution centres each with different enterprise agreements, two unions and includes management of an experienced HR Business Partner. For the past 2 years the primary objective has been to develop and execute the people strategy for Queensland at a site level.Outside of these large scale change management projects, the focus of the role is to provide coaching and guidance to the HRBP while partnering with Site Managers and their leadership teams to improve workplace culture and team experience, strengthen the leadership capability, act as a change leader for the development and implementation of change initiatives and represent my client groups with the national HR teams.Key priorities:Build effective talent pipelines by supporting Leaders to identify talent , develop workforce plans, develop talent and succession plans and identifying buy, borrow, build strategiesBuild leadership capability by leveraging available programs (including JDI and LSI), influence program development and coaching LeadersPartner with Leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.Provide actionable insights to Leaders on trends in HR data and provide support and coaching to act on employee dataDesign and implement tailored plans to drive implementation of the state or national HR Plan, diagnose issues and provide lessons learned and HR expertise where requiredDevelopment of people change initiatives, including embedding principles in the changeContribution to Queensland EA strategy ahead of statewide enterprise bargainingSuccessfully negotiate multiple enterprise agreements, liaising with multiple stakeholders including unions, executive leaders, management and team members

A HR Business Partner to the Logistics Operations Management of 3 Distribution Centres across Queensland that service the Liquor (BWS and Dan Murphy's) stores and Woolworths Supermarkets.As a member of the Queensland Logistics HR Team I actively partner with the business to provide talent and succession plans, staff development initiatives and recognition of high performance, coach and advise line managers in ER and IR matters as well as performance management techniques, Enterprise Agreement negotiations, Labour Hire Agency relationship management and provide the full suite of generalist HR support.Woolworths Queensland Logistics Division has a workforce of over 1500 employees operating under four Enterprise Agreements across three sites, it is a highly unionised environment requiring an effective management of relationships with both organisers and delegates from the various Unions.Part of Woolworths Limited, Woolworths Logistics Division employs in excess of 8,000 team members across a national network of distribution centres and transport operations.
