I have twenty years of experience in assisting customers that are relocating for their employment. Relocation comes with many additional stressors that an average customer service person wouldn't address. I have a strong sense of empathy for customers that have been in the same home for 20 years and now have to relocate to a strange place where they have no friends, no contacts etc. My main job is helping customers be at ease with the relocation process and helping to alleviate the stress that comes with watching your entire home be packed by complete strangers and loaded on a truck. I have found a way to balance being the customers "friend" while also being able to keep things happening in a reasonable time-line.
