I’m working on two graphic novels for the publishing house Cobolt. My work on these titles is an extension of my internship at Cobolt in Mar.-Jun. 2021.

Three months internship as editor at Cobolt. I assisted on several titles and became the main editor of two graphic novels - an ongoing process, which I now run as freelance projects.Experience with PR and event planning as part of the publication of Sexmagasinet Vol. 1 by Sofie Riise Nors.

I write SEO-texts for a teen skate and fashion store.

I joined this project half way in the process and became the new author of the manuscript. The musical play Ø exists in the meeting between theater and classical music, between sweet childhood memories and the fear of growing old. I had a wonderful experience especially working with the director, Rikke Frigast.

During my internship I researched, planned, hosted and executed a literature event with three Danish authors as guest speakers. The topic was the new role and perspective of the mother figure in Danish literature, and how the three authors used fiction as representation in their work.It was a very positive experience - especially to co-work with the three authors, and something I would love to do again.Danish description/invitation from the event:"Center for Fiktionalitetsstudier (AU) inviterer dig (og din mor!) til en vidunderlig aften i fiktionens og moderskabtes tegn. Vi skal snakke om, hvordan tabuer kan udfoldes gennem fiktion og stadig få virkelige konsekvenser. De tre oplægsholdere: Maja Lucas, Line Jensen og Signe Parkins har alle skrevet/tegnet fortællinger om livet som mor og ladet de uskønne, egoistiske eller sygelige tanker få taletid. Hvad enten bøgerne skal læses biografisk eller ej, bliver det uundgåeligt personligt for læseren, der får mulighed for at genkende sig selv som barn, forælder eller ægtefælle. Communication tasks:- Proofreading of project presentations and brochures- Text writing and translation of project applications- Design and administration of social media content- Filming and editing of video materialThe experience I take with me:- How to organize social media content into coherent stories- That a high number of random followers or likes are never the goal- How to engage the right audience through valuable and process-specific content: ‘behind the scenes content’- How to become more visible on social media through activities and collaborations, drawing on the company networkSpecial case:During a major urban planning project in a Danish town, a design intern and I were given a specific design and communication task. We were to create an environment for citizens in which to seek information about changes going on in their town. We were given a small studio in the city center, which we furnished as a living room with the town’s history, leading up to the present, hanging on the walls. The room gave access to visual information about ongoing projects and how interest groups of citizens had influenced the process so far. It also invited citizens to interact and share their opinions, ideas or questions through a mailbox, the key to which we gave to the city planner. Our approach was to move the communication to eye level in a comfortable setting, where citizens could feel and take ownership of their town. At the opening a lot of people visited the studio and started engaging with the visual representation of the town's history, making it a successful common ground environment.

I worked on the company profile and presentations of products in form of video material and text descriptions to costumers and partners. I had different tasks of communication and administration.

Teaching tasks:- Preparing and teaching classes- Orienting the class content towards the lecturer's goals and criteria for academic writing- Give feedback to all students on two different exam preparation tasks during the yearThe experience I take with me:- How important it is to shape an engaging learning environment early in the process, balancing between presentations, open discussions, and group activities- Discovering my ability to meet each student on their level to give constructive and actionable feedback- How to read and prepare feedback for a large number of papers following a strict time schedule, while giving each student's paper careful attentionAbout the job:As a teaching assistant I was responsible for teaching the supplementary classes for ‘Literature Analysis & Method’ and ‘Literature Theory’ to first year students. The main goal was to develop the students' skills in academic writing. I gave the students two practice papers to write during the year and in class we investigated different methods and approaches for writing an academic paper. I graded and gave thorough written and oral feedback to each of them.
