• Account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.• Preparation of month end including review general ledger accounts and correcting journal entries • Review and maintain bank activity including daily cash reports, interest and investment reports and forecast.• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls• Responsible for maintaining and tracking work in progress projects • Prepare and file sales/use tax forms in multi-state environment.• Maintain and support property tax support.
