Working through the various jobs over the years I've managed to grasp a firm concept of customer service. Each and every person is different and seeing how each individual person has their own personality it requires a different approach being, speech, facial expressions, body language ect.Through the years of customer service I've learned that to best help that person wether being as a sales rep or the friendly face they see requires personality, patience as well as the ability to create conversations and allow people to be happy about their experience.Other then working with people I have enjoyed the quiet side of working as maintenance. The ability to learn how a place runs and keeping in good shape is skill I have learned for most the jobs I have worked. Every job has varied from doing outside work such various ways of maintaining the landscape and building. As well as the inside of the various jobs such as keeping small machines clean and up and running, various other equipment, keeping the establishment clean and ect.
