As a Real Estate Broker it is my job to solicit potential clients to buy and sell real estate, I am also responsible for advising clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related information. To determine the listing price for new listings I compare properties to determine a competitive market price. I also promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. I take prospective buyers to see properties, and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration. I am responsible for mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller and ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met.

As a buyer for Aviatrix, you understand customer requirements for aerospace parts and help with all phases of the procurement process, from identifying the best vendor, negotiating the lowest price, preparing quotes and purchase orders, to following up and making sure the vendor fulfills their promise to us. All while building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and vendors.
