Responsible to create, communicate, and drive business case, vision, and scope for all project controls systems and initiatives. Manage marketing, evangelizing, and public relations. Responsible for enterprise reporting, training and communication with stakeholders. - Responsible for developing and implementing standard processes, policies, tools and systems. Serve as technical expert and resource for the Project Controls function to the Business Groups, Clients and other project stakeholders. - Responsible for defining the technology strategy for the enterprise standard application software (SAS) including purchasing and agreements, licensing, maintenance and deployment of estimating, cost management, scheduling, risk analysis and Business Intelligence software. - Project Manager for development and implementation of internally developed and high-configurable software through the use of agile scrum methodology. - Responsible for developing functional and technical end-user training leveraging multiple platforms for enterprise deployment.
