Working with young children and aided in the foundation of their education using the "Wee Learn" curriculum. This curriculum involves early English language and counting skills, communication development, and social skills.

Planned day to day activities, special parties and social gatherings, outings, and special trips for residents. Also managed a yearly budget to carry out these activities. Managed Student Interns, volunteers and Assistant Activity Directors. Oversaw and ran a convenience store within the facility with the help of resident volunteers.

Planned daily activities for seniors living in the retirement community and the attached nursing facility. Worked with a wide range of senior citizens of varying capability and independence;from those who were still able to live unaided to individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Also planned special parties, outings, and trips for residents, and managed the budget for the Activities Department.
