Encompassed Process Quality Assurance (PQA) function demonstrating compliance with FFIEC requirements.Developed strategic roadmap and implemented an “Agile@M&T” framework, incorporating industry best practices, regulatory requirements and learnings from pilot efforts (leveraging PMBOK, SCRUM and SAFe). Created Project Governance University to provide enterprise-wide training curriculum for Combined Project Methodology, Agile@M&T, and project management tool training. Facilitated classroom and webinar training for 2000 team members for Combined Project Methodology and Agile training classes. Developed Project Governance Resource Center to provide methodology information, templates, guides, training resources and support for all project resources. Generated an average of 125 unique hits per day. Transformed Process Quality Assurance by introducing a KRI to provide enterprise visibility of compliance, moving from “Red to Green” rating while increasing the number of reviews year over year by 67%. Built and managed Business Requirements Team of 6 to provide Business Requirements facilitation, analysis, training development and delivery, and documentation support for large, complex efforts. Directed effort for BSA/AML Customer Risk Ranking to spearhead the investigation, communication and formatting of data from 21 disparate source systems in response to regulatory findings. Chaired Technology Employee Engagement Committee, focusing on Learning and Development, Team Building, and Rewards and Recognition.
